Business Leadership
Our core management centers around two entrepreneurs that have independently founded and managed highly successful software development companies. While they worked collaboratively since 1995 on over a dozen mission critical business solutions, only since the inception of Xinnovation have they joined forces as one organized team.
Paul Stansbury (LinkedIn) is a co-founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Xinnovation, he founded and led Prime Impact, a leader in development of innovative business process automation software solutions. Prime Impact was acquired by Surgency, (formerly Benchmarking Partners) in 2000 through support from Internet Capital Group and CISCO Systems.
Eric Peterson (LinkedIn) is a co-founder and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Xinnovation, he was co-founder and CEO of Cambridge Software Group, a pioneer in collaborative application tools. Cambridge Software Group was acquired by Renaissance Worldwide in 1997. Mr. Peterson served as the General Manager of Application Development for Renaissance Worldwide until 2001. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Jim Owens serves as Director of Client Services. Prior to Xinnovation, he was a Practice Manager at Benchmarking Partners, an industry analysis, consulting, and software firm. Mr. Owens has extensive experience in program management and client relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union college.
Ralph Vetsch (LinkedIn) serves as Director of Sales and is charged with growing our business and managing our sales team. Mr. Vetsch has over 20 years of domestic and international sales experience in selling enterprise software solutions across multiple industries. Prior to joining Xinnovation, he served as the VP of Global Sales for Millennial Net. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.
Cameron Taylor (LinkedIn) serves as Director of Product Marketing. Prior to Xinnovation, he spent over 10 years in the financial services industry, most recently as a VP of technology for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.Technology Leadership
Our technology development efforts center around a team of software architects and developers that have a long history of involvement in some of the most innovative and successful software development in the industry., and while their paths have crossed many times over the past decade, they are now joined together as a single team leading technology innovation at Xinnovation. Together they architected and led the development for our most innovative achievement – XiDocs™ and have overseen the successful implementation for industry leading clients.
Mohammed Hasan (LinkedIn) is a co-founder and serves as Chief Technology Officer, and is the chief architect and development leader for Xinnovations XiDocs platform. Mr Hasan has led the development of numerous enterprise solutions and products and has been the technical genius behind eBusiness applications and products developed for Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, PNC Bank, Staples, Visa, CISCO Systems, CMGI, Pfizer, and many others.
Peter Bergquist (LinkedIn) serves as Solution Architect and is responsible for the development and support of document solutions, integration and support of the Xinnovation XiDocs platform. Mr Bergquist is a computer industry veteran who has worked on a broad range of technologies and has successfully implemented software projects for EMC, IBM, CISCO, Texas Instruments, Sun Microsystems, Charter Communications, Data General and others.
